Before enjoying your very first session, this natural wood vessel must be properly cured to seal the pores and protect its integrity. For daily maintenance, simply rinse the interior with warm water—never use soap, as the wood will absorb it and alter your flavor profile. After rinsing, pat the inside with a paper towel and always let it air dry completely, facing upright in a well-ventilated area, before its next use. To maintain the brilliant shine of the artisan metalwork, gently wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth and avoid submerging the entire gourd in water.
