Please note: As a handcrafted product forged from Alpaca silver, each bombilla is a unique artisan piece. Minor variations in the metalwork and emblem detailing are expected and celebrated, as they highlight the authentic manual process behind your mate accessory.

Rinse After Use: Simply run warm water through the bombilla after your ritual. The stirrup spring filter makes it incredibly easy to flush out any stray yerba leaves.

Hand Wash Only: Never put your bombilla in the dishwasher. Wash gently by hand with mild soap.

Protect the Emblem: Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals, especially over the gold-tone emblem, to preserve its intricate detailing.

Restore the Shine: Alpaca silver naturally develops a slight patina over time. You can easily restore its original brilliant shine with a soft cloth and a gentle metal polish.

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a store credit for the full amount, valid for any future purchase at luvmate.shop.
