Always rinse with warm water—never use soap or dishwashers—and dry it thoroughly with a cloth before storing. To keep the wood and the painted rim in perfect condition, avoid soaking the mate and keep it away from direct heat sources.

Returns & Store Credit

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

  • To start a return, email info@luvmate.shop with your order number.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a store credit for the full amount, valid for any future purchase at luvmate.shop.
