To keep your Matera Patria looking flawless, gently wipe the saddlery leather and hand-stitching with a slightly damp cloth using water only, drying it immediately with a soft towel. Apply a natural leather balm every 3 to 6 months to nourish the thick leather, preserve its rich patina, and prevent cracking over time. Simply shake out any loose yerba crumbs from the interior, and avoid submerging it in water, using alcohol or harsh cleaners, or exposing it to direct heat.

Devoluciones y Crédito en tienda

Aceptamos devoluciones de artículos sin usar y sin abrir dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la entrega.

  • Para iniciar una devolución, enviá un correo a info@luvmate.shop con tu número de pedido.
  • Los gastos de envío corren por cuenta del cliente, salvo que el artículo haya llegado dañado o incorrecto.
  • Cuando recibamos e inspeccionemos tu devolución, te emitiremos un crédito en la tienda por el importe total, válido para cualquier compra futura en luvmate.shop.

Tené en cuenta: No ofrecemos reembolsos al método de pago original.

  • Por higiene, no aceptamos devoluciones de yerba abierta ni de accesorios de mate usados.
