Aceptamos devoluciones de artículos sin usar y sin abrir dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la entrega.
- Para iniciar una devolución, enviá un correo a info@luvmate.shop con tu número de pedido.
- Los gastos de envío corren por cuenta del cliente, salvo que el artículo haya llegado dañado o incorrecto.
- Cuando recibamos e inspeccionemos tu devolución, te emitiremos un crédito en la tienda por el importe total, válido para cualquier compra futura en luvmate.shop.
