Returns & Store Credit
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
- To start a return, email info@luvmate.shop with your order number.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a store credit for the full amount, valid for any future purchase at luvmate.shop.
