Keep your yerba stored in a dry, airtight container, away from heat and light.
To enjoy its balanced and full-bodied flavour, use hot water between 75 °C and 85 °C.
Fill your mate two-thirds of the way, tilt it, and pour the water slowly to preserve the rich aroma and smooth bitterness of the leaves.

Returns & Store Credit

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

  • To start a return, email info@luvmate.shop with your order number.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a store credit for the full amount, valid for any future purchase at luvmate.shop.
