To enjoy its smooth, beginner-friendly flavour, use hot water between 70 °C and 80 °C.
Fill your mate two-thirds of the way, tilt, and pour slowly to wake up the leaves gently.

Returns & Store Credit

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

  • To start a return, email info@luvmate.shop with your order number.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a store credit for the full amount, valid for any future purchase at luvmate.shop.

Please note: We don’t offer refunds to the original payment method.
