The Brisa Set is our easiest accessory to maintain. The technical nylon fabric can be cleaned by simply wiping it with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. For a deeper clean, the interior lining can be turned inside out to remove any yerba residue. Avoid high heat sources and do not iron, as the synthetic fibres are sensitive to extreme temperatures.

Returns & Store Credit

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, email info@luvmate.shop with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a store credit for the full amount, valid for any future purchase at luvmate.shop.

Please note: We don’t offer refunds to the original payment method.

Important Notes

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened yerba packages or used mate accessories.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include a photo so we can make it right.
